Install Canon Pixma MP237 Printer Driver in Ubuntu 12:04

               Canon Pixma MP237 printer is a printer All-in-one which I think is recommended for those who need a printer with the function of All-in-One (Print, Scan, Copy) the thin pockets (including me) hehe. Particularly for Ubuntu users, this printer is also very easy anyway diinstallnya. So if you want to buy a printer with full functionality in Ubuntu, I recommend you buy this type of printer

INSTALLATION OF PRINTER

1.  First download the first printer driver click here.
2.  Once downloaded, extract the file so that you will find a folder named cnijfilter-mp230series-              3.80-1-deb.

3. Go into the directory, then double click on the file install.sh and select Run in Terminal.

4. Next you live just follow the installation instructions.

5. When it is done, should the printer icon will appear in the Printing menu like this:

Please do Test Print to ensure that the driver is installed properly.
